Ok here is how this breaks down legally in a bunch of states. The driver is at fault for the woman hurt 100% but those who attacked the car are also at fault b/c they endangered the people in the car by the way they reacted. If the people had just stopped and looked in the vehicle they would have seen the kids scared and they could have in turn gotten the crowd to stop and part safely for the car to go through. This has happened a time or two in Texas at different events and I can say that the people who attacked the vehicle ended up in more trouble than the person driving the car who was simply trying to get out of a bad situation for their family. Knowing it was a Comic Con event doesn’t help matters either bc for all outside events like that in any state permits for the outside event have to be on site and roads have to blocked off by event staff or local police and detour routes have to be set up and published road side for everyone’s safety. I had a few friends at this zombie walk and they all side that roads weren’t blocked off event staffers were few and far stretched which is a total safety issue for everyone period.

Ok don’t watch the show at all cus the half an episode I saw once made me think it was totally stupid but this is downright funny to me.
